How Ozil Goals AI handles account details, uploaded photos, generated videos, and payment information

This policy explains how Ozil Goals AI processes information when you use the website and video generation service.
We use this information to provide video generation, maintain accounts and credit balances, process payments, support users, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded photos are sent to our AI generation provider, APIMart, so it can produce the requested video. Its processing and retention are also governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
We do not use uploaded photos to train our own models or build a face-recognition database.
Photos and generated videos associated with a generation task are retained in our storage for 30 days after the task is created. The AI provider and payment provider may retain information under their own policies.
We share only the information needed with service providers that operate sign-in, AI generation, object storage, payment processing, and essential hosting. We do not sell uploaded photos or generated videos.
You may stop using the service or contact us about account and personal information. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, email [email protected].
We use reasonable safeguards for account and media data, but no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above shows the latest revision.
