Terms for Ozil Goals AI accounts, photo uploads, AI video generation, and credit purchases
2026/10/20
Ozil Goals AI is a fan-made service that creates a fictional football video from a photo. By using it, you agree to these terms and to follow applicable laws.
Upload only a photo you own or are allowed to use. If the photo shows another adult, get their permission before uploading it. Do not upload photos of children, celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. Do not use the service to harass, mislead, or harm another person.
You keep your rights in photos you upload. You give Ozil Goals AI and its AI, storage, and hosting providers permission to process the photo only as needed to create, store, and deliver the video you requested. Photos and generated videos associated with a task are retained in our storage for 30 days after the task is created. Provider retention is governed by each provider’s own terms.
AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from what you expected. Each generation costs 8 credits. If a generation fails, its 8 credits are returned automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases, and unused credits do not expire. Any refund rights required by law still apply.
You are responsible for how you use and share generated videos. Do not present a generated scene as real match footage or as an endorsement by a person, club, league, or competition.
Ozil Goals AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mesut Özil, UEFA, Arsenal, or any football club. Names are used only to describe the inspiration for this fan-made project. The service does not include real match footage, club badges, player likenesses, or copyrighted trend music. Add any platform sound yourself through TikTok, Reels, or another service that licenses it.
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not interfere with the service, evade credit limits, upload malicious files, or attempt to access another user’s data. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular AI result. To the extent allowed by law, Ozil Goals AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
